Could Vogue Online Shopping Night Come any Sooner?
Ladies it’s that time of year again! No, not the end of financial year where you can spend your tax money on a new pair of Gucci shoes, but for Vogue Online Shopping Night (squeals of delight**)! Before you get your credit card out to spend money you don’t have on clothes you don’t need, read about all the ins and outs before the big day.
#VOSN is only one sleep away, starting tomorrow (Wednesday April 18) from midday to midnight. Vogue gives you a twelve-hour block to shop till’ you drop (except it’s online, so you can literally shop until you pass out; dangerous I know)! There are over 100 retailers participating, head over to the VOSN Hub to find out if your favourite brand is partaking and what they have to offer (alternatively I have links down below for some of my top picks). When promoted by the retailer, enter the promotion code that will be released tomorrow* and reap the benefits. Whether you are Netflix and shopping, working and shopping or surfing and shopping (ok, maybe not the last one, but you get my drift) there is something for everyone.
With discounts across clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty, skincare and homeware on offer, there are so many reasons to treat yourself. If you have expensive taste but can never afford it, then now’s the time. Offers on Aje, sass & bide, Camilla and Marc, VIKTORIA & WOODS and so many others make this sale so much more enticing! Maybe you need a good reason to get back into the gym? Fear not, P.E Nation and Stylerunner have 20% off almost everything! If it’s Autumn staples your after, then Bardot, Witchery, Myer and David Jones have you covered and if you just need your spring back in your step then Tony Bianco is your go to.
If you want to make the most out of this experience and nail it, then here are my top 3 tips for you:
#1 Plan Ahead
Don’t leave it until 11:30pm to rush online and impulse buy! Take the time tonight to see which brands are participating and what you might want. If you have time, I suggest going in store tomorrow to try on what you like (because if you're anything like me, on the model it looks amazing but on me it looks like a potato sack).
#2 Compare Deals
Many smaller brands are housed in larger retailers like Myer, who sometimes offer better deals. Make sure you check out different stores to find the cheapest price (because every penny you save means more money towards a new outfit, whoop)!
Make sure you budget… Don’t get over excited and make unwanted excuses to buy 5 sets of shoes, 5 sets of pants and 10 party dresses! Know your limits, but if you really love something, go for it! Now’s the time.
For all Ts & Cs head to Vogue, or the brands website. For links to some of my favourite brands in the sale, take a look below. Good luck ladies, happy shopping!
